Boss Break Out is back and bigger than ever! Leicester Hospitals Charity's most talked-about corporate event of last year is returning to Leicester Business Festival 2024, and nominations are now open.

What is Boss Break Out?

Boss Break Out is an exciting, escape room-style event that puts senior leaders' problem-solving skills, networks and team spirit to the test.

Taking place at Leicester Hospitals Charity Pop-Up Shop in Leicester’s Highcross on Thursday, November 7, this event is set to be a highlight of LBF2024.

The challenge

Business leaders collectively fundraise towards the goal of £20,000 before escaping from the Leicester Hospitals Charity Pop-Up Shop! 

You will collaborate with other Leicester leaders to help raise funds for Smileyscopes; state of the art virtual reality headsets designed to significantly enhance procedural experiences for younger patients during their hospital stay. The Smileyscope provides a much-needed distraction through potentially uncomfortable procedures. The clinician designed technology can also help to show children how they'll be treated and what it will look like, minimising a fear of the unknown, reducing the risk of trauma and fostering a positive experience that directly benefits each child's overall well-being.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to network, collaborate, and contribute to a worthy cause, all while having a lot of fun.
